Nail Polish Base
TMP #0196
Yellow Liquid Concentrate
Directions
Pour 10 ml base
Add 2 scoops of TMP #0196
Stir well until dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed into base
Add 3 drops of Yellow Liquid Concentrate
Stir until liquid concentrate is evenly incorporate throughout mixture
Bottle your polish with the included funnel
Name your polish. Of course with the TAYLOR MADE labels you can name this shade anything you want!
